Sellers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Precious metals are most commonly shipped via USPS Registered Mail.
Customers are given a confirmation number for each sellback contract they enter.
Sellback Document with final transaction details, our shipment address, and final instructions attached. Please include a copy of the SellBack Document with your precious metals shipment.
Customers ARE REQUIRED to email
with all parcel(s) tracking numbers WITHIN 24 BUSINESS HOURS of the sellback contract's inception. Customers who do not comply with this requirement may have their transactions cancelled. Please see our Market Loss Policy regarding our cancellation terms and agreements.
Customer Payments will be issued by Check and mailed within 3 business days of your shipments arrival and verification. Faster methods of payments (Priority Mail or Bank Wire) can be serviced per specific instruction:
Priority Mail - $10 fee
Bank Wire - $30 fee (all International SellBacks are settled by Bank Wire)
*** A social security number will be required for all nonexempt IRS 1099B sellbacks ***
