We do not offer storage options for our jewelry products at this time. Storage is only available for our coin and bar products.

We suggest that you make sure of the dimensions before ordering by cutting a piece of string to the size of the jewelry item you are considering (7 inches, 20 inches etc.) and then see if that will fit properly around your wrist or neck.

Upon receiving your product, there is a 2 day inspection period for you to notify us you would like to return it. Returns can either be made for an exchange or for a full refund. A $50 restocking fee will apply for any refunds or exchanges of jewelry items.

We have staff personally inspect the product before shipment. In the rare case when the shipping carrier may damage product please contact us within 2 days of receiving it!

We will instruct you on how to return the product for a replacement. In order to qualify for a replacement, the jewelry product must be returned in its entirety.

We can offer such low prices because the price of our bullion jewelry is based upon the value of the gold in the products. So the price will rise and fall with the price of gold. You are buying gold, it just happens to be in exquisite jewelry form.

GoldSilver complies with all state and federal laws. Jewelry is subject to sales tax in all states where sales tax is applicable. If you live in a state that requires us to collect sales tax on your purchase, currently only California, the sales tax will be added prior to your commitment to purchase.

In states where we are not required to collect sales tax from you, the obligation to pay sales tax may be your responsibility. If you are unsure about your obligations, please consult your local tax professional.
