Select “BuyGold and Silver” from the Main Menu.

Fill in the respective quantities for your precious metals and follow up by using the “Update” button after each selection.

After all your items are selected, then click “Submit Order”.

SELECT A DELIVERY OPTION
The new page should say “Select Delivery Option”. Designate the delivery option for your order and “Continue”.

We offer the following options, to choose from:

  • Master / Sub-Account Storage, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA
  • Master / Sub-Account Storage, Hong Kong
  • Private Storage, VIA MAT International, Florida, USA
  • Private Vault Storage, Cube International, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

SELECT A PAYMENT METHOD

Payment Step 1:

We offer different payment options- depending on the amount of the order:
  • Bank Wire Transfer- No Processing Fee with Processing Time: 2-4 Business Days
  • Money Order- 1% Processing Fee with Processing Time: 6-8 Business Days
  • Personal Check- 2.5% Processing Fee with Processing Time: 6-8 Business Days

Indicate your payment option (this reflects 85 – 95% of your order) and then select “Place Order Now”.

Payment Step 2:

We secure your price and product with an initial payment of 5 to 15%, by charging either your credit or debit card. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards.

The initial payment is charged to your card based on the following increments:
  • 15% of the total order is charged to the card for orders less than $20,000.
  • 10% of the total order is charged to the card for orders $20,000 to $74,999.
  • 5% of the total order is charged to the card for orders $75,000 or more.

ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER
All communications, payment instructions, and acknowledgements for your order will come to you by email. All residential deliveries we will emailed tracking information once the order parcel(s) leave our distribution centers.
