Sen. Bernie Sanders targets 'too big to jail' banks

US Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is spearheading legislation that could break up the biggest financial institute in the US. In addition to Sanders, Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) has publicly expressed her discontent with "too big to fail," and Sanders' proposed legislation could break up these banks in an effort to defeat the "too big to jail" notion.
